HOLIDAY FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1 c. red table wine
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or
1 finely chopped clove garlic
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2-1 c. water
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. butter

Combine wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire, seasoned salt and garlic powder (taste before adding salt); mix well and pour over steak. Marinate for 2 hours; drain and saving marinade. Broil over charcoal.

While steak is cooking combine mushrooms, cornstarch and water. Cook until mixture thickens; stir in vinegar and butter. Cut steak into thin slices, pour mushroom mixture over steak and serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
