MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 1/4 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients, except meat, in a large bowl. Add steak and cover loosely for 4 hours in the refrigerator, turning to coat. Grill over charcoal fire about 5 inches from coals for 5 minutes on each side. Serves 3.
