SCALLOPED CORN 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn with liquid
2 beaten eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. chopped onion (opt.)

Mix all together, pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
