JOYCE'S POTATO SALAD | |
1 can precooked potatoes, diced 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. tomato, chopped 1/2 c. chopped pickles 6 hard boiled eggs, diced 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. salad dressing Combine potatoes, onions, pickles, tomato and eggs in large bowl. Add mustard and salad dressing and toss until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
