HEARTY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground hamburger or turkey meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. milk

SAUCE
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix sauce, set aside. Combine meatball ingredients and form meatballs the size of walnuts. Brown meatballs on all sides, drain the fat.

Add sauce to pan of meatballs, simmer on low 20 to 25 minutes. Excellent served over rice.
