GOLDEN CORN SCALLOP | |
1 lb. can cream style corn 1 c. milk 1 egg, well beaten 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1/4 c. minced onion 3 tbsp. chopped pimento 2 tbsp. melted butter Heat corn with milk. Gradually stir into egg. Add 1 cup crumbs, onion and pimento. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Mix butter with 1/2 cup crumbs and sprinkle over corn. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
