MACADAMIA NUT CHEESECAKE 
2 regular size boxes cheese cake mix
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. Macadamia nuts
3/4 c. coconut

Mix cheesecake according to directions. Before using mixer to thicken, add the 1/2 cup coconut, crushed pineapple and nuts. Pour in prepared 9 x 12 pan. Toast 3/4 cup coconut in oven until golden brown and sprinkle on cheesecake. Refrigerate until set. Slice and enjoy!
