SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
1 c. sm. cooked shrimp 1 c. crabmeat 1 c. bread crumbs, moistened with 1 c. light cream 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. red pepper 6 hard-boiled eggs, sieved 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. grated onion Extra bread crumbs for topping Cook shrimp, preferably in water seasoned with McCormick's shrimp boil. Drain well. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and sprinkle of paprika. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 6 servings. |
