AUNT RUBY'S HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 tsp. rum flavoring (opt.)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Stir all ingredients together. DO NOT BEAT. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter, melted
Dash of rum flavoring
1/2 c. nuts
2 or 3 tbsp. milk
1/2-1 c. powdered sugar

Combine these and blend until smooth and pour over bundt cake.
