4 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream, unwhipped
Juice of 3-4 lemons
Milk to finish filling
Freezer

Mix sugar, lemon juice and fruit together well. Add whipping cream and milk. Freeze in ice cream freezer.

Peaches: 6 cups mashed.

Apricots: Mash through sieve 1 #1 (large) can unpeeled halves and 1 can apricot nectar.

Pineapple: 1 large can crushed.

Strawberries: About the same as peaches.
