VEAL SCALOPPINE 
2 lbs. veal cubes
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 sm. onions, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 sm. garlic clove, minced

Roll veal in seasoned flour; add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; fry in hot oil until well browned. Put into crock pot and add remaining ingredients. Stir well and cover. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or with fettucini.
