1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies (2 stacks)
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Crunch cookies, but leave in pieces. Put 3/4 of them in a 9x13 pan. Pour melted butter over. Cream the cheese and add made up pudding to the cheese. Mix well. Spread over cookies. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill several hours.
