ROLLED CABBAGE 
1/2 lb. ground lamb or hamburger
1 c. rice
Salt and pepper
Dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Dash of dried spearmint
Bud of garlic, chopped fine
1/2 can tomato paste

Mix above all together. Parboil cabbage and separate leaves. Fill and roll cabbage; pack into a glass baking dish. Mix water and remaining tomato paste, pour over cabbage rolls. Put in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
