OPEN - FACE HAMBURGERS 
1/2 slice white bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
4 slices white bread

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Tear 1/2 sliced bread into tiny pieces and place in bowl. Stir in the ground beef, milk, salt and onion powder. Toast 4 slices bread and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each slice of toast with about 1/4 ground beef mixture. Cover the edges of the toast completely to prevent them from burning - no crusts should show. Bake in 400 degree oven about 15 minutes.
