NAVY BEAN SOUP 
1 c. dry navy beans or Great Northern
3 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook beans, onions and celery until tender; mash. Add remaining ingredients and boil.
