CHEESEBURGER QUICHE | |
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1/4 c. onion, chopped 2 tsp. beef flavored instant bouillon 3 eggs 1/2 c. light cream or milk 1/4 c. catsup Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake shell 8 minutes, remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, pour off fat. Stir in onion and bouillon. Cook and stir until onion is tender and bouillon dissolves. Beat eggs, cream and catsup. Stir in meat and cheese. Pour into shell. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. |
