CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. extra lean ground beef 16 oz. macaroni shells 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 2 cloves garlic, diced 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. cilantro, chopped 1 chopped jalapeno (optional) Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Brown ground beef. Drain, add onions, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro and spices. Cook over low heat until onion and pepper are tender. Pour meat mixture over shells. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
