PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CINNAMON 
2 lbs. sliced pork tenderloin
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put pork in roasting pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over pork. Bake 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce.
