MEATBALLS - ZESTY 
3 lbs. ground chuck
3 med. onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
Vegetable oil
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Fresh chopped parsley

Combine first seven ingredients mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook balls in hot oil until lightly browned. Drain. Place in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan, bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Yields 6 dozen.
