ORIENTAL MEATBALL DINNER 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. ramen noodles

SAUCE:

2 tsp. cornstarch or flour
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1/8-1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 c. cold water
Ramen seasoning mix

VEGETABLES:

2 tbsp. cooking oil
4 c. cut broccoli or carrot, cauliflower, broccoli mix

MEATBALLS:

1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 egg
2 slices soft bread broken in pieces
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1st: Break up noodles and cook in 1 quart microwave dish with 1 cup water on high for 2-3 minutes. Stir and drain.

2nd: In a small bowl mix ingredients for sauce and set aside.

3rd: Mix ingredients together for meatballs. Form into 1 inch balls and cook over medium heat in large covered skillet approximately 8 minutes. Turn meatballs over and cook another 10 minutes.

4th: Stir fry vegetables in oil for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender. Stir in sauce and meatballs. Cook until heated through. Serve over noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
