STANDING RIB ROAST | |
3 to 4 rib standing rib roast Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rub roast with salt and pepper. Cook 1 hour, fat side up. Turn off oven; do not open oven! Before serving turn oven to 375 degrees; cook 40 minutes for medium rare. Serves 6-8. For extra rib I cook 10 minutes for each extra rib. (5-6 rib.) |
