COCONUT CREAM PIE 
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
5 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. coconut

Pour all ingredients into saucepan at once. Stir constantly over low heat until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell. Use your favorite meringue recipe, sprinkle with coconut. Brown meringue in low oven heat.
