COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped 8 oz. jar currant red jelly 1/2 c. oatmeal, instant 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 bottle catsup Combine all but catsup and jelly and shape into small balls. Put in a large Pyrex dish and cover with heated catsup and jelly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting as they bake. |
