COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or sirloin
1/2 c. instant oatmeal
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Shape into small meatballs. Place in baking dish. Make sauce of the following ingredients. Pour over meatballs and cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste occasionally.

SAUCE:

1 (about 40 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 (8 oz.) jar red currant jelly

Heat to combine ingredients. Pour over meatballs and cook as directed.
