GIBLET GRAVY 
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt (or less)
Pepper to taste
Chicken broth
Chopped giblets (gizzard, liver, heart)
3 chopped hard-boiled eggs

Mix and add enough water to form a thin paste. Add chicken broth - bring to a boil. Add chopped giblets (gizzard, liver, heart). Simmer, add 3 chopped hard- boiled eggs. Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
