FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix together; pat in pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes, no longer. Cool.

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy. When crust has cooled; spread mixture over crust.

SECOND LAYER:

Arrange any amount (or any combination) of fruit atop the cream cheese mixture.

GLAZE:

2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. fruit juice (pineapple juice is best)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat to a boil; cook until slightly thickened. Cool; pour over pizza.
