GRANDMA'S HOMEMADE NOODLES | |
5 eggs 1 tsp. salt 3 c. flour (1 c. at a time), stir If its still to sticky after 3 cups flour, add 1/2 cup flour at a time until it gets like pie crust. Roll as thin as you can get. Let dry at least 2 hours. Cut and put into boiling broth. |
