TAHINI CUSTARD 
3 apples
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. apple juice
2 to 3 tbsp. Erewhon Sesame Tahini
Pinch of Instead of Salt
5 tbsp. Erewhon Agar Flakes
2 c. spring water

Wash, cored, and slice apples. Place in a pot with the liquids, tahini, salt, and agar. Mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Chill in a shallow bowl until almost hardened. Place cooled mixture in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Place custard back in serving bowl and chill once more before serving.
