TACO SALAD 
2 lb. ground beef
2 bottles spicy French dressing
3 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 block orange Sharp cheese
1 bag of Dortitos
1 head of lettuce

Brown beef; drain well. Chop tomatoes and green pepper. Grate in long shreds, orange Sharp cheese. Crush Doritos in bag, shred lettuce. In a very large salad bowl, layer lettuce, beef, cheese, and vegetables and pour dressing all over top. Then toss well. Yummy! Great for weekend lunch or Saturday night. For 12 or more persons.
