SHORTCUT FROZEN SALAD | |
1 (3 5/8 oz. or 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding 1 pt. Cool Whip topping, thawed 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail, drained 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/4 c. pecans Prepare pudding according to directions. Blend in next three ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Put into 9x5x3 pan or 9x9x2 pan. Makes 8-10 servings. Freeze until firm - serve on lettuce and with crackers. Can use a small can of pineapple and mandarin oranges drained instead of fruit cocktail. |
