HAM AND ASPARAGUS WITH CHEESE
SAUCE
 
10 slices cooked ham
2-3 spears of cooked asparagus per slice

Place asparagus on ham and roll up. Place rolls close together in baking dish and pour cheese sauce over and bake until sauce bubbles. Serve 10.

CHEESE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter and add flour and milk; cook until thickened and add cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Pour oven ham rolls and sprinkle with paprika.
