SHIRLEY'S ROCK - EM SOCK - EM FOOTBALL CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 box vanilla instant pudding 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. Gallo cream sherry 1 tsp. nutmeg GLAZE: 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. + 1/8 c. cream sherry Mix all together. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Immediately turn out on cake plate. Poke cake with fork and ladle glaze over. Refrigerate and slice thin. Best if made 1 day ahead. |
