1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 c. butter, room temperature
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 1/4 lb. crumbled Oreo cookies (use blender)

Cream sugar, cream cheese and butter. Add Cool Whip, pudding and milk. Crumble cookies fine. Layer beginning and ending with cookies. Refrigerate.

Serve in large plant pot. Decorate with silk flowers.
