FRESH APPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 tsp. salt

Pour oil into large bowl. Add sugar and beaten eggs. Blend well until smooth. Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder. Gradually beat flour into first mixture, beating well. Fold in apples and pecans. Pour in a greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
