CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

20 graham cracker squares
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

1 lg. + 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Roll crackers until crushed. Mix with sugar and butter.

2. Press crackers, sugar and butter mixture into 9"x13" pan.

3. Mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Pour over crust.

4. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

5. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over the top.

6. Bake another 5 minutes.
