2 med. size cucumbers
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce (to taste)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pod garlic

Chop cucumbers into fine pieces (almost pulp, do not put in blender). Cream into cheese with remainder of ingredients. Wonderful on rye bread.
