YUM-YUM SALAD 
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) orange Jell-O
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3/4 c. nuts

Bring to a boil the pineapple and sugar. Add 2 boxes of orange Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Add cold water; let partially set. Fold in grated cheese, Cool Whip and nuts.

Makes a large quantity.
