COUSIN MABEL'S YUM YUM SALAD | |
1 c. crushed pineapple, save juice 1/2 c. sugar Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 env. gelatin 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. grated cheese 1/4 c. whipped cream Mix crushed pineapple, sugar and lemon juice and boil for 2 minutes. Dissolve pineapple juice in gelatin and add to hot mixture. Remove from heat and let congeal lightly. Then add cheese and whipped cream. Put in refrigerator and set until firm. |
