1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. flour
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
4 c. pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. pkg. spiced gumdrops
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. lemon extract

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and blend well. Add dry ingredients small amount at a time. Add candied fruit and nuts and lemon extract. Mix well and pour into tube or load pan. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
