VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 c. (canned) Veg-All vegetables (drained)
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all these together. This can sit in refrigerator overnight.

1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Combine and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. NOTE: If desired you may add 1 small can chopped water chestnuts.
