VEGETABLE CUTLETS | |
4 stalks celery (approx.), chopped 3 carrots (approx.), chopped 1 med. onion, chopped Butter or oil Any frozen vegetable 1 egg Bread crumbs (depends on the consistency you want) May be spinach or broccoli or canned corn, green beans, or fresh vegetables or your left over vegetables. Saute celery, carrots, and onions in butter 10 to 15 minutes. Add to rest of vegetables, egg and bread crumbs. Combine into patties and fry. Serve gravy over cutlets. May be frozen. |
