CRUSTLESS ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
3 c. thin sliced zucchini
1 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. grated onion
1/4 c. Cheddar
1/2 tsp. season salt
1 clove garlic
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
