OLD FASHIONED LEMON PIE | |
2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornmeal 1 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice 4 tsp. lemon rind (more or less) 1/4 c. melted butter 4 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1 unbaked pie crust Combine sugar, cornmeal and flour. Add lemon juice, lemon rind and butter. Mix well and add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add 1/4 cup milk and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
