1 lb. chopped beef
1 lb. chopped pork
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. milk
1/4 c. water and egg
1 onion
1 c. milk
add flour to thicken

Mix all ingredients and form to the size of a large meat ball. Place in frying pan and flatten with fork. Cook until done.

Serve with onion gravy.
