EASY CINNAMON TWISTS 
3 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, room temperature
3 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. hot water (125 to 130 degrees)

Set aside 1 cup flour. Mix remaining flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Stir in hot water and softened butter. Mix in eggs and enough reserved flour to make soft dough. Knead 3 minutes. Roll into rectangle and put melted butter on top. Spread with topping mixture (2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and finely chopped nuts if desired). Cut into cinnamon rolls. Place on greased baking sheet. Place over pan with hot water underneath. Let rise 15 to 20 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 16 minutes. Glaze if desired.
