SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. cooked shrimp
7 slices of stale bread
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Then top with shredded Cheddar cheese and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
