SESAME CHICKEN | |
1 c. canned bread crumbs 1 to 2 tbsp. dried minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. oregano Dash of pepper 1 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt 1/4 c. melted butter 2 tsp. sesame seeds 4 whole chicken breasts or 8 halves Mix together crumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, salt, oregano, thyme, and pepper in bowl. Set aside. Mix together in another bowl, mayonnaise and butter. Roll the chicken breasts in mayonnaise mixture, then roll in crumb mixture. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
