HERB CHICKEN 
8 chicken breast, skinned & boned
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix (stuffing)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 stick melted butter

With rolling pin, crush dressing mix. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and butter until well mixed. Dip chicken in the butter mixture and roll in herb stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serves 8. Good entree for company.
