BARBECUE BURGER MIX 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar

Brown meat in skillet; add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns; garnish with pickle slices.
