3 c. zucchini
1 onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick

Slice onion and zucchini very thin. Place in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over zucchini and onion. Mix by hand. It will be very thick and hard to mix. Cover all zucchini. Bake in well greased 9 x 11 dish about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
